The following list of annual and monthly events also provide excellent networking opportunities for you: Annual Events Annual Gala - our annual meeting where members are recognized for outstanding performance, contributions and achievements. Business EXPO - a chance for member businesses to share their products and services with attendees. Small Business Development Week - a chance for businesses to learn the latest in technologies and skills to enhance their business. Economic Development/Chamber Luncheon - our annual luncheon expressing appreciation to the businesses and industries in our county. Christmas Parade - a fun time when locals show their Christmas spirit by participating in a two-mile parade going through downtown Brevard while non-participants line both sides of the street to watch this exciting event. Monthly Events Business After Hours - all members are invited to come network at our monthly Business After Hours. Each month a business hosts this event, giving them an opportunity to showcase their business to the membership. Board of Director's Monthly Meetings - all members are invited to join the Directors for an informative monthly meeting held on the third Thursday of every month at 7:30 am at the Chamber offices. At the Brevard/Transylvania Chamber of Commerce, there are always plenty of opportunities to enhance business relationships and contribute time to making this region a more productive place to live, work and play. Membership is open to all businesses in Transylvania County or businesses with an interest in doing business in this area.
